Your customers trust you with their data and they expect you will protect it. By adequately protecting customer’s data, you establish a positive relationship with your customers and you are more likely to maintain and potentially grow your client base. If you are not already taking measures to protect user data, now is the time to do it.

Encryption is a process in which regular data is scrambled until it is unreadable. Then, only someone with access to the decryption key can use it.
